In the current era of digital intelligence, data elements have had a profound impact on scientific research and socio-economic development, leading to increasing demands for high-quality open sharing and advanced practical applications of big data. Grounded in the context of big data and artificial intelligence, this sub-forum will explore a wide range of topics, including exemplary practices in data element openness and sharing, textual analysis of data policies, new media big data, academic journal big data, remote sensing big data, and seismic big data.

Through multi-perspective discussions, the forum aims to examine the theoretical and practical progress of data open sharing in China and to analyze representative applications of big data across various industry sectors.

数智时代，数据要素已深度赋能科学研究和经济社会发展，对大数据高质量开放共享和高水平实践应用提出了更高要求。本分论坛立足大数据与人工智能背景，围绕数据要素开放共享实践、数据政策文本分析、新媒体大数据、学术期刊大数据、遥感大数据以及地震大数据等议题展开研讨。
