Affected by the COVID-19, in response to the
national call for epidemic prevention and control, ICAIBD
2020 (The 3rd International Conference on Artificial
Intelligence and Big Data) was successfully held virtually
on May 28 to May 31. It is jointly organized by Sichuan
Province Computer Federation and IEEE. And Assisted by
University of Information Technology, Southwest Jiaotong
University, University of Electronic Science and
Technology,etc. aroud 150 delegates including members from
Sichuan Province Computer Federation gathered together at
this online meeting.
因受疫情影响，为响应国家疫情防控号召，我们在线召开云会议。第三届人工智能与大数据国际会议（简称ICAIBD
2020）在线成功召开。会议由四川省计算机学会和IEEE联合主办，成都信息工程大学、电子科技大学、西南交通大学共同协办。众多专家学者和研究人员
与计算机学会会员齐聚一堂就“人工智能与大数据”这一主题，通过专题报告、分会场口头报告和海报展出等方式，进行了深入地交流与研讨。大会名誉主席中国科学院院士张景中、大会主席四川省计算机学会理事长王晓宇和成都信息工程大学校长兼党委书记周激流以及四川省科学技术协会专职副主席周利平参与线上会议致开幕辞。
ICAIBD2020 papers included in IEEE Xplore, and has been indexed
by EI Compendex and Scopus.
第三届人工智能与大数据国际会议的文章现入库IEEE Xplore（会后仅1个月左右） 并已被EI核心和Scopus检索。
Opening Remarks/开幕致辞
The special thanks to the keynote and invited speakers who are pleased to make contributions to our conference and share their new research ideas with us.
